What can berries really do for you

Berries are nutritional powerhouses whether they're eaten fresh, frozen, dried, freeze-dried or powdered. But can they protect our brain and memory, melt fat and prevent urinary tract infections?

Though emerging research is juicy, scientists know less about a berry's health benefits than you might think.

In general, berries are naturally high in antioxidants _ compounds that may slow cancer growth. The darker the berry, the greater its phytochemical content and the more likely its reputed health benefits. But this doesn't necessarily mean eating them will stave off cancer or other chronic diseases, said Jeffrey Blumberg, director of the Antioxidants Research Laboratory at Tufts University. A variety of factors come into play, including "how many berries are being consumed, over what period of time, and in the context of one's dietary pattern and other risk factors for disease," he said. Here's some of what we know.

Blueberries

Blueberries improve insulin sensitivity and lower blood pressure

What we know: One of the few naturally blue-hued foods humans eat, blueberries are packed with antioxidant power, which comes from high levels of anthocyanins, a type of flavonoid or plant compound. They also contain significant amounts of micronutrients and fiber.

Emerging research: Blueberries have been shown to improve insulin sensitivity in overweight men and women, and lower blood pressure levels in pre-diabetic men and women without raising blood sugar.

The key may be the anthocyanins, which have been shown in several laboratory-based animal and cell studies to cause blood vessels to relax and increase production of nitric oxide that helps in maintaining normal blood pressure, said Dr. Arpita Basu, an assistant professor of nutrition at Oklahoma State University.

Berries also have anti-inflammatory effects and may be a memory-protecting food. The resveratrol found in blueberries may help prevent macular degeneration, a disease of the retina and the leading cause of blindness in people older than 65, according to vision researchers at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Like the cranberry, blueberries might help prevent bladder infections by preventing bacteria from attaching to the walls of the bladder, according to the National Institutes of Health.

Noted: Billberries, a close cousin of the blueberry, have been shown to promote eye health and protect against glaucoma and cataract progression. Processing the berries can cause a significant decrease in the anthocyanin content.

Raspberries

Raspberries are a powerful antioxidant and toxic to cancer cells

What's inside: A high-fiber powerhouse, raspberries also have calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, vitamin C and bone-building vitamin K. They also are a good source of several B vitamins, including folic acid and niacin.

Emerging research: Raspberries have higher levels of ellagic acid than strawberries; ellagic acid has been shown "to be a powerful antioxidant and toxic to cancer cells," said Basu. They may also be a natural treatment for arthritis, due to their high anthocyanin content. Researchers showed black raspberries, which have antioxidant, anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties, can prevent also colorectal tumors in animal studies.

Cranberries

Cranberries are an excellent source of vitamin C and fiber

What's inside: A close relative of the blueberry, cranberries have the same blue-red anthocyanin flavonoids. The tart, red berry is an excellent source of vitamin C and fiber, as well as a good source of manganese and copper.

Emerging research: The compounds in cranberries called "proanthocyanidins" may prevent bacteria, such as E. coli, from clinging to the cells along the walls of the urinary tract and causing infection, said Dr. Catherine Neto, an associate professor of chemistry at the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.

Cranberries may reduce the ability of H. pylori bacteria to live in the stomach and cause ulcers and reduce dental plaque.

Neto's research has shown in cell cultures, cranberry compounds reduce the growth and proliferation of breast, prostate and colon tumor cells. Cranberry treatment reduces bladder cancer and lymphoma, animal studies suggest.

Noted: Dried cranberries are high in calories _ 370 per cup. Bottled cranberry drinks and cranberry cocktails are usually loaded with added sugar.

Strawberries

What's inside: The only fruit to flaunt its seeds on the outside, strawberries are an excellent source of vitamins C and K, dietary fiber, flavonoids (anthocyanidins) and the plant compound ellagic acid. They also contain calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium.

Emerging research: Strawberries are also potent antioxidants and have been shown to reduce cardiovascular risk factors in several animal and human studies, such as elevated blood pressure, hyperglycemia and inflammation, said Basu. Supplementing with strawberries can improve bad cholesterol levels in people with metabolic syndrome, according to Basu's research. In animals, ellagic acid inhibited the growth of tumors caused by certain carcinogens.
Strawberries contain calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium.

Noted: Consider buying organic; strawberries are among the most heavily sprayed with pesticides and other agricultural chemicals. They can also cause allergic reactions. They retain more of their vitamin C content if left whole.

Acai Berry

What's inside: The round, purple-black fruit, which tastes like a blend of berries and slightly bitter chocolate, is packed with antioxidants, essential fatty acids and fiber. It also contains iron, calcium fiber and heart-healthy fats.

Emerging research: The antioxidant power depends on how the berry is eaten. Straight acai has the most nutrients, but it's not available in the U.S. Some cosmetics and beauty products contain acai oil on the ingredient list, but there's no evidence of health benefits. "There is limited evidence for benefit beyond what most other berries can provide," said Nancy Cohen, head of the Department of Nutrition at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Noted: Beware. There's no evidence the berries promote weight loss any more than any other fruits. Because fresh acai is only available in the Amazon rainforest of Brazil, look for it in juice or pulp form or powder. Just two tablespoons of powder _ sprinkled on cereal, yogurt or smoothies meets the suggested daily dose of antioxidants. Heating it may diminish some of its antioxidants.

So now that you know, its time to decide - can my budget allow me and my family to consume these berries daily?.

Keeping your eyes bright and beautiful

As people mature, subtle changes may become apparent in their vision. Although it may cause some concern, such vision changes are considered a normal and expected part of growing older.

However, with recent gains in research on health and longevity, we can take positive action to protect our eyes. Routine evaluations by a health care provider, living a healthy, active lifestyle and proper nutrition all play a vital role in eye health.

Your eyes are composed of the pupils, cornea, lens, retina, macula, capillaries and optic nerve. The eye lens is similar to the lens of a camera that sharpens the image as light enters the opening. The macula, located in the middle of the retina, allows you to see fine details. The cornea, retina, capillaries and optic nerve work together to facilitate visual acuity.

Risk factors that can affect the health of your eyes are tobacco smoke, sunlight, diets deficient in antioxidant-containing fruits and vegetables, excessive alcohol, saturated fats and sugar. One way to protect the health of your eyes is to reduce saturated fat and cholesterol in your diet by eating less red meat and to increase your intake of phytonutrients.

In addition, you can protect your vision by having an annual physical and eye checkup with your health care provider; eating a diet rich in antioxidant fruits and vegetables, lutein and zeaxanthin; and supplementing your intake with dietary supplements. In addition, exercise regularly and block the sun's ultraviolet rays with sunglasses or a hat with a brim.

Experts agree that adults should eat at least five daily servings of fruits and vegetables-and for optimal health benefits, they need seven to nine daily servings. However, the U.S. National Cancer Institute and National Research Council have found that only nine percent of adults achieve the five-serving daily minimum. Even when we manage to eat enough fruits and vegetables, modern methods of harvesting, processing, and cooking often diminish their nutritional value.

Fruits and vegetables contain irreplaceable combinations of powerful phytonutrients that are essential to good health. It's impossible to pack all the nutrition of fresh fruits and vegetables into a capsule, and no supplement can completely replace fruits and vegetables in the diet. However, new scientific advances allow us to better encapsulate many of the nutrients in fruits and vegetables to help bridge the gap in the modern diet.

Daily Produce 24™ Fruit Infusion™ and Vegetable Infusion will help improve your health in several important ways. In particular, these vegetable and fruit juice powders have been shown to protect the body against oxidative damage by free radicals.

The ingredients in Daily Produce24 Vegetable Infusion™ and Fruit Infusion™ come from whole fruits and vegetables grown under ideal conditions in rich soil and harvested at peak maturation. Recent research indicates that getting antioxidants from whole foods may be more effective than taking isolated vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Both supplements are packaged in gelatin-free capsules of plant origin.

The fruits and vegetables used in Daily Produce 24™ are not subjected to any unnecessary processing, heating, or pasteurization, which can damage phytonutrients and weaken potency.

The fruits and vegetables are pulped in a manner that retains all the nutrient sources, and the liquid is gently flash-dried to minimize damage to nutrients. The resulting high-potency powder is encapsulated without added binders and fillers.

Features & Benefits

Provides excellent protection against oxidative stress, as measured by the power and duration of Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity.

Harvested and processed to maximize whole-food benefits and preserve micronutrients and naturally occurring enzymes.

Features extracts that retain natural deep color. Studies have shown that robust colors in food indicate higher levels of nutrient activity.

RESEARCH BRIEF

According to Agricultural Research, Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) is the measurement of "the ability of foods, blood plasma, and just about any substance to subdue oxygen free radicals in the test tube."

The higher the ORAC value, the more potent the substance's free-radical-scavenging capability. Consuming high-ORAC foods results in a proportionate rise in blood serum ORAC. Across the board, fruits and vegetables have higher ORAC values than any other foods.

Researchers at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University in Boston found that eating foods with high-ORAC activity "raised the antioxidant power of human blood, prevented some loss of long-term memory and learning ability in middle-aged rats, maintained the ability of brain cells in middle-aged rats to respond to a chemical stimulus, and protected rats' tiny blood vessels-capillaries-against oxygen damage."By consuming foods with high ORAC values, we may be able to combat the effects of aging.

Aging has been linked to oxidative stress on tissues and cells. In fact, in certain human diseases associated with premature aging, scientists have observed oxidation of proteins at a much higher rate than in healthy subjects. Oxidative stress has also been associated with coronary artery disease. Reducing oxidative stress and damage through high-ORAC nutrition may lead to health and longevity.*

What can you do if you have young children, elderly or asthmatics in your family when the haze returns?.

Prevention is always cheaper and less stressful than the cure, so you can actually do something today. Some herbal and health supplements that have been helping Asians for the last 10 years include:-

a) RESP ( RRP - RM 57) - 100 capsules contains chickweed, comfrey root, marshmallow root, mullein leaf, pan pien lien, and slippery elm bark - all important herbs to strengthen the lungs and clear phlegm and mucus that obstructs air passages.

d) SUPERCHLOROPHYLL (RRP - RM67) - 92gm concentrate alfalfa powder to clean the liver and blood, so you can carry oxygen efficiently throughout the body..

The young, the sick and elderly can certainly be better prepared to overcome the haze, with the Resp, Lifepath Chewies or Daily Produce 24 and Superchlorophyll, depending on their age.

Prevention to enjoy good health costs money, but you pay for sickness with more money, time, worry and stress. The choice is clear.

Lupus - Systemic Lupus Erythematosis (SLE )

Over the last 7 days, I've had 2 enquiries about if I have any natural solution for Lupus. So here's some information, extracted from the Bluepints for Healthy Living by Dr Gordon Pedersen and story 3 called "Hope' from the Chicken Soup for the Enriching Soul - by Mark Victor Hansen.

Lupus affects almost 2 million people. 98% women mostly between the ages of 18 and 45. Do note that Lupus can kill and every effort must be taken to be aware of the symptoms.

Symptoms

Lupus begins with joint pain and swelling. Because of this, many lupus patients are misdiagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. As the disease progresses, any or all of the following symptoms can develop: fatigue, mouth sores, diarrhoea, low grade fever, malaise, enlarged lymph nodes,
chills, weight loss, abdominal pain, anorexia, anaemia, bone aches, depression, psychosis, amnesia and seizures.

Causes

Lupus is an auto-immune disease. That means that the body's immune system is attacking itself. The causes can be:

Viruses, streptococcal bacteria, a genetic predisposition, stress, high blood pressure medication ( hydralazine or procainamide), pollution, hydrochloric acid deficiency, faulty genes, food additives, free radical damage, vaccines and undigested proteins in the blood stream.

Complementary therapies

Since lupus affects all the body systems, it requires a broad range of products that will cleanse the body of toxins, build the immune system, scavenge free radicals, build muscle and normalize nerve function.

Body systems that are affected.

All of the body systems are affected, but the immune system requires special supplemental help

What can you expect.

You can expect a long battle with lupus with many people eventually becoming totally symptom free. They do it with a slow program of events that requires supplements, sleeping, eating, exercise and avoiding any toxic accumulation, including caffeine, soft drinks and red meat.

You should begin feeling better in the first week, but slow improvement will come over the course of 3 to 12 months.

Cleansing & Detoxifying - the first step to healthy living

Cleanse with Nature's Tea and Super Chlorophyll in order to detoxify and restore proper nutritional absorption. A herbal formula which contains wormwood, black walnut hulls as found in Paraway Plus is beneficial if you suspect a parasite infection.

Prevention & Maintenance

DailyProduce24 24 fruit and vegetable antioxidants helps to bring down high levels of estrogen in the body
PhytoPath combats free radicals that cause lupus
Native Legend Tea helps increase toxin excretion and boost the lymphatic system to strengthen cell walls.
BoneMate helps with pH balance and promotes strong pain-free bones and Muscles

Additional Support

Bee Pollen helps combat the damaging effects of stress and promotes proper nerve cell function
Salmon Omega 3 oil provides the essential elements for healthy nerve function and has anti-inflammatory effects
Core Health promotes healthy body function
Enjuvenate promotes healthy strong muscles and organs
Bio-C helps reduce infections and aids in tissue repair

Acidophilus promotes friendly bacteria and inhibits harmful bacteria in the digestive system which results in fewer toxins produced and absorbed

Please ensure you monitor the patient carefully. Do remember that all dosages should start with half or a third of the recommended daily dosage, until the patient is comfortable, and only then increase gradually till full dosages are taken.

A swan into an ugly duckling

It's another birthday in the family and today we celebrate Andrea, my 2nd girl's 17th birthday.

Funny how birthdays bring back lots of flashback memories from 17 years past. And looking back, I think its wonderful to have happy memories of the past.

But once you reach the late 20's, it's downhill for most people and the swan turns back into an ugly duckling.

I read that to make a lady really happy she should be in control of her own life. Unfortunately gravity, the environment and chronological ageing is way beyond her control if she does not do something early to slow down the ageing process and the effects of gravity.

Could you stop biological ageing?. Actually no, but you can slow down the ageing process easily with good anti-oxidants like daily produce 24 and natural hormone balancnig products like LoveRx and Enjuvenate.

Would you like to look and feel 35, when you are 50?.I certainly do, and I certainly recommend these 3 products if you are worried about growing old prematurely.

Visit my eBay store to invest in your youth, before you look old and feel old tomorrow.

Yes she was full of hope and ready to fight the Cancer

When I left Hesti today, she was full of hope and the confident she will Arrest the spread of cancer, Reverse her present illness to health, and Prevent it from happening to her again.

I had a surprise call from Ana, Romi's wife whom I met up 8 years ago. While I have never met Ana since, monthly I meet up her hubby Romi, as he has been my faithful customer all this time.

Ana invited me to speak to her friend Hesti, who on Tuesday was diagnosed with Cancer and didnt want to go for the monthly RM3,000 Chemotheraphy treatment for the next 6 months.

I spent 2 hours speaking with Hesti and her hubby about how they can Arrest the spread of cancer, Reverse the cancer to regain back her health, and how to Prevent cancer from ever recurring again.

I shared more on the proven 1920 Essiac cancer formula to boost her immune system, antioxidants from 12 fruits and 12 vegetables to remove the cancer cells, a combination of 14 herbs to clean and rebuild her blood cells, and chlorophyllin to give her body the trace minerals to neautrilise the cancer acidity, and bring the body back to an alkaline state.

What is interesting is that when you are sick, you never bargain on the price and everything is cheap compared to being sick. Reminds me of the saying - "prevention is better than cure". But the actual saying should be "prevention is cheaper and less stressful than the cure".

When you hear the words "You have Cancer" your only have 2 thoughts. 1. are you going to die and 2. is there any hope.

I feel really good today as I could see I helped Hesti, accept her present state of health, and gave her lots of hope, that only she alone can decide if she can beat the cancer using the God given plants that can heal her.

Visit my eBay store to learn how I can help people from the state of hopelessness, to a life filled with hope

Is there hope if you have cancer?

Over the last 30 days, I've had a friend die from cancer, another being diagnosed with cancer, and have chatted wtih 10 people who have been referred to me, seeking hope.

The sad part is that while most people know that chemotheraphy and radiation will never cure you, but just weaken you further and prolong your suffering, yet many still choose this option.

I've spent the last 8 years learning about nutrition & the immune system and how high quality nutrients, can actually help the body heal itself. Yes, I have helped many be cancer free, and those that have followed my advice, are living a healthy and vibrant cancer free life.

The food we love are mere carriers for the nutrients, that the body needs to repair, rebuild and heal itself. Today we eat for taste and convenience - never for the nutrients. Have you had a meal and proudly claimed it to be delicious or nutritious?

So when your body is in a crisis state - when you have cancer - you really need to provide the nutrients it needs to heal itself quickly.

Depending on your budget, here's what I know works and you can see positive results within 60 days!.

Native Legend Tea - to boost the natural killer cells and cleanse your lymphatic system

Daily Produce - 24 powerful antioxidants from 12 fruits and 12 vegetables.

Red Clover Plus - 14 herbs to nourish your liver and cleanse your blood

PhytoPath - grape seed extract, pine tree bark, green tea - all powerful super antioxidants. Super antioxidants are 50 times more powerful than Vitamins A,C & E.

Food is certainly our medicine and the plants with medicinal healing properties, have for thousands of years and will continue to be, God's gift to us.

Yes there is hope and I wish you a long and healthy life and many productive years ahead.

In order to consume enough fruits and vegetables necessary for optimal health you need help—you need Daily Produce 24.

"Eat your fruits and vegetables" is one of the tried and true recommendations for a healthy diet. And for good reason.

Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables can help you ward off heart disease and stroke, control blood pressure and cholesterol, prevent some types of cancer, avoid a painful intestinal ailment called diverticulitis, and guard against cataract and macular degeneration, two common causes of vision loss.

So what does "plenty" mean? More than most of us consume. Over the past 30 years or so, researchers have developed a solid base of science to back up what generations of mothers preached.

If you don't count potatoes (which should be considered a starch rather than a vegetable) the average American gets a total of just three servings of fruits and vegetables a day. The latest dietary guidelines call for five to thirteen servings of fruits and vegetables a day, depending on one's caloric intake. For a person who needs 2,000 calories a day to maintain weight and health, this translates into nine servings, or 4 cups per day.

Not only is that more than we usually eat in a day, it also expects that what we eat is fresh—not supermarket fresh (which translates into “not rotten”)—but freshly picked, a luxury most of us don’t have.

Today, fruits and vegetables are grown all over the world, picked weeks before they’re actually ripe, and transported to the U.S. This process leaves the produce missing many of vitamins and mineral totals that freshly picked and ripe produce possesses.

In other words, the produce we buy in the supermarket is often phytonutrient poor.

What’s a Phytonutrient?

Despite its high-tech ring, “phytonutrient” (from the Greek phyton for “plant”) simply means a "nutrient from a plant." The best known phytonutrients are carotenoids, flavonoids, and isoflavones.

Carotenoids include yellow, orange, and red pigment in fruits and vegetables. Dark, green, leafy vegetables are rich in the carotenoid, beta carotene, but the usual yellow color is masked by the chlorophyll, the green pigment in the vegetables.

Flavonoids are reddish pigments, found in red grape skins and citrus fruits, and isoflavones can be found in peanuts, lentils, soy, and other legumes.

Phytonutrients Protect the Body and Fight Disease

Have you ever wondered how plants stay so healthy? They don't wear sunscreen or a raincoat, and they don't go to the doctor. The fact is, they make their own disease-fighting chemicals we call phytonutrients. The same phytonutrients that help keep the plant healthy keep our bodies healthy.

Phytonutrients provide medicine for cell health. They help the cells repair themselves by stimulating the release of protective enzymes or those that rebuild damaged cells. Other phytonutrients inhibit cancer-producing substances, reducing their ability to damage cells. When the repair squad can stay ahead of the damage, degenerative diseases, such as multiple sclerosis and arthritis, can't get started. Phytonutrients also keep cancer and cardiovascular disease in check.

Phytonutrients Fight Cancer

Cancer starts with a cell out of control. As cells wear out or get injured, they replace themselves with new and healthy cells. Within each cell a network of inner controls (the DNA) keeps this process in check. But with this cellular cloning happening millions of times a minute, there are many opportunities for an occasional cell to defy the rules and get out of control. It may go on reproducing itself, eventually damaging the organ of which it is a part.

The out-of-control cancer cells also try to infiltrate other organs by entering the body's blood vessels and traveling to places near and far, a devilish process called metastasis.

Some cancer cells are probably formed in every person every day. Yet the body's own defense system recognizes these invaders and attacks. Almost always, the body wins the battle, so that these cancer cells either never have a chance to develop, or they are destroyed before they have a chance to spread or cause damage. Occasionally, the body's defenses aren't strong or effective enough to overcome these rebellious cells, and the person "gets cancer."

Phytonutrients fight on the side of the body. Carcinogens (cancer-causing substances) can enter the body from all kinds of sources: tobacco smoke, pollution, pesticides, or just plain bad luck. Carcinogens attempt to enter cells and change how they develop. But antioxidant phytonutrients nab the carcinogens before they have a chance to cause cancer in the cell. If the carcinogen manages to infiltrate the internal controls of the cell, other kinds of phytonutrients help to shut down the precancerous cell so it does not multiply into a gang and overrun the neighborhood. This phyto-protective mechanism explains why cultures whose diets are rich in plant foods have the lowest rates of cancer. The Mediterranean diet, for example, emphasizes garlic, tomatoes, onions, fruits, whole grains, and olive oil—all of which contain cancer-fighting phytonutrients.

Even though there are anticancer phytonutrients in all plant foods, those found in fruits and vegetables seem to be the most powerful. It's not only what fruits and vegetables contain that make them effective cancer-fighters, but it's also what they don't contain—saturated fats and chemical pollutants frequently found in animal foods.

Phytonutrients Fight Cardiovascular Disease

The largest and longest study to date, done as part of the Harvard-based Nurses' Health Study and Health Professionals Follow-up Study, included almost 110,000 men and women whose health and dietary habits were followed for 14 years.

It was found that the higher the average daily intake of fruits and vegetables, the lower the chances of developing cardiovascular disease. Compared with those in the lowest category of fruit and vegetable intake (less than 1.5 servings a day), those who averaged eight or more servings a day were 30 percent less likely to have had a heart attack or stroke!

Although all fruits and vegetables likely contribute to this benefit, green leafy vegetables such as lettuce, spinach, Swiss chard, and mustard greens; cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, bok choy, and kale; and citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, limes, and grapefruit (and their juices) make important contributions.

Increasing fruit and vegetable intake by as little as one serving per day can have a real impact on heart disease risk. In the two Harvard studies, for every extra serving of fruits and vegetables that participants added to their diets, their risk of heart disease dropped by 4 percent.

Phytonutrients Boost Immunity

Phytonutrients, such as carotenoids and flavonoids, mobilize the body's immune cells, called natural killer cells and helper-T cells. These act like a protective armor to keep invading pollutants and germs from entering the cell.

One of the most important roles of phytonutrients is acting as antioxidants. Here's why your body needs antioxidants.

When the cells in your body burn fuel for energy they burn oxygen as well. When oxygen is burned, molecules called free radicals are released. Free radicals are like vandals loose in your body. They have at least one extra electron, giving them a negative charge, which drives them around the body looking for cells with which they can react. These reactions damage the DNA and other substances in cells. Much of the time the cells can repair themselves, but the cell neighborhood can't protect itself from these gangs of free radicals all by itself.

Phytonutrients are known for their powerful antioxidant, anticancer, and heart disease protective properties. Antioxidant molecules have a positive charge, so when they meet up with the negatively-charged free radicals they neutralize them—handcuff them so they can't do any damage.

Your body needs more phytonutrients as you get older, since the body's ability to repair itself diminishes with age. Antioxidants also help to prevent damage by carcinogens, such as ultraviolet radiation, tobacco smoke, and environmental pollutants.

So are you getting your Phytonutrients?

6 children have died already

6 Children have died already and others are at risk!

Children have a higher risk to contact the Bird Flu
and the Hand Foot & Mouth (HFM) disease. In
Sarawak, over the last 3 weeks, 4,000 children have
this disease, and so far 6 have died. With the current
school holidays in Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore
there will be lots of children traveling and infected
children from Sarawak, will be visiting Brunei,
Indonesia, Singapore and to the rest of Malaysia.

If I have young children below 10 years old, I will be
very concerned since HFM is spread through the air,
especially at crowded places like airports, shopping
centres, tourists sites, restaurants and places of worship.

Bird flu, HFM, Dengue, TB and most other diseases,
can be Prevented, Arrested and Reversed ...if your own
immune system is strong and is able to fight off the
virus quickly and completely.

The key to a strong immune system is a simple 2 step
strategy -
1. strengthen up the army with the right nutrients and
2 supply the army with the ammunition it needs to fight off the virus.

The basic food and ammunition your Children's
immune system needs are:-

1. Bio -C and/or Chlorospirulina - one tablet daily
2. Native Legend Tea or Immunizen - use during
week 1 & 3 every month
3. Daily Produce 24 - 1 each daily - use during
week 2 & 4 every month

We compromise on many things especially on our
ownselves, but never on the health & wellness of
our children. I pray that your children remain
safe always.
