Spider web & varicose veins

At what age will you expect to get spider webs and varicose veins? 30's, 40's, 50's?. Can you prevent it from showing your ageing state?

Varicose veins are a result of a malfunction of the valves within the veins and spider webs are caused by the breaking of the tiny capillaries. Early symptoms include cold and sweaty hands and feet.

Varicose veins can develop anywhere from the ankle to the hip and if they form around the anus, they are called hemorrhoids.

Like hemorrhoids, varicose veins can become irritated, itchy, and allow eczema to develop. If skin ulcers form, seek medical attention. If a blog clot forms, it is called thrombophlebitis and will get sore. A warm moist heat pack will help dissolve this clot.

The easiest solution is to prevent, arrest and reverse varicose veins, is to increase the following in your daily diet

a) a high quality vitamin C with bio-flavonoids to maintain structural integrity of the capillaries and connective tissues and remove the free radical damage in the veins and blood. ( Bio-C )

b) Siberian Ginseng, Gotu Kola and Capsicum supplement to promote good blood circulation to your lower limbs. ( SGGC )

c) Essential fatty acids like Omega 3 help restore the flexibility of the veins ( Salmon Omega 3 )

d) Soluble and insoluble fibre to promote regular bowel movements and clean the arteries removing bad cholesterol that causes blockages. ( BiosLife )
